Are the prices mentioned have tax/VAT included?
No, all the prices mentioned in our store are exclusive of taxes/VAT. We don’t charge any tax. But you may have to pay custom duty or VAT in your country.
From 1st January,2021 it is compulsory by law to collect VAT on all orders from European Union. You can check that on gov.uk. So we have added this VAT for only customers in these countries. It’ll not affect other countries.
If you are being charged custom in other countries, we are not responsible for this and you have to pay this.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Currently you can choose from the following shipping options: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, Registered Air Mail, Air Parcel, Ordinary Small Packet Plus, HK Post Air Mail, HK Post Air Parcel, SN Post, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and S.F. Express etc.
All options are not available for all products. If you want Fast Shipping, you can choose accordingly during checkout. Prices are different for different countries and shipping Methods. All the prices are mentioned in your cart and checkout.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Your order can be delivered from 7-50 days depending upon your location. It can arrive in 7 days if you are near to Warehouse or it can take 40-50 days. But you don’t need to worry because we provide 50 days purchase protection.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order on tracking page here. Just enter the order ID and email address to track your order. You can also track your order on 17track.net with your tracking number. You should automatically receive tracking number, but if you haven’t, you can always contact us via email or WhatsApp.
