If you didn’t receive your product in the specified time(you receive after order dispatch) or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to full or partial refund your payment.

- Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided).
- You raise a claim by requesting a refund on your order details page within purchase protection period(50 Days+10 Days Checking warranty).

- We offer 50 days buyer protection and 10 days checking warranty after you confirm order received.
- Most of the small orders are not tracked because we offer Free shipping.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by bad weather,your country circumstances, custom clearance on both sides and busy holiday seasons.
- Processing and Shipping time does not include holidays.
