Refund Guarantee

50-Days Purchase Protection 

If you didn’t receive your product in the specified time(you receive after order dispatch) or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to full or partial refund your payment.

Your purchase is protected if:

  • The item was purchased on our platform.
  • The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page.
  • Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided).
  • You raise a claim by requesting a refund through refund request form or by contact form within purchase protection period(50 Days+10 Days Checking warranty).
  • Check Warranty(10 days) starts when you have received your order in case of tracked shipment and automatically after 50 days in case of untracked shipments.
  • No other warranty is given for any product unless mentioned on the specific product page.
  • Damage to the product due to wear and tear is not covered in refund policy.
  • No claim is entertained after purchase protection and check warranty is over.
  • You have to provide photos or video supporting your claim. We may ask you to resend it by tracked shipment.
  • No claim is entertained if you have messed up with the product yourself. Any warranty given will be void in this case.

On Time Delivery Guarantee

  • We want to ensure that your purchase will arrive on specified time, you will receive the estimated delivery time after we have processed your order.
  • We offer 50 days buyer protection and 10 days checking warranty after you confirm order received in untracked shipment and automatically in tracked shipments when you receive it.
  • Most of the small orders are not tracked because we offer Free shipping.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by bad weather,your country circumstances, custom clearance on both sides and busy holiday seasons.
  • Processing and Shipping time does not include holidays.
  • You need to leave the feedback to confirm your order received or it will automatically confirmed after purchase protection period in case of untracked orders.
  • If you have some issues, contact us within 60-days, after that no claim is entertained.
